Is this a chatbot?
Not in the usual sense. Most chatbots generate their replies with a language model, which means they can guess. A Business Assistant retrieves answers from a knowledge base you've approved, word for word. If the answer isn't there, it says so and hands off to a person.
Does it use AI?
No. Tier 01 uses a deterministic matching engine — no language model, no randomness. That's why it can't invent a price or a policy, and why there's no per-answer cost. If you need open-ended answers across lots of documents, that's our AI Assistants tier.
What do you need from us?
Your services and pricing, hours, locations, policies and the questions you hear most. If it's already on your website or in documents, we work from that.
How long does it take?
Most Business Assistants launch within one to two weeks, depending on how much information needs organising.
How much does it cost?
