Our services

JCN Studio designs and builds customer assistants for businesses in three tiers: Business Assistants (retrieval from an approved knowledge base, no AI), AI Assistants (answers generated by a language model from the client's documents), and Private AI (an internal AI workspace for the client's employees, deployed inside the client's own infrastructure). Prices on this website are approximate starting ranges, not offers or quotes. The scope, price, and deliverables of any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins, and that written agreement governs the engagement.

The assistant demos

Nova and the sample industry assistants are product demonstrations. Their answers are retrieved from a fixed, pre-written knowledge base — they are not generated. The sample assistants describe fictional example businesses, not real ones. Don't rely on any demo for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or its demos. That includes attempting to overload or disrupt it, scraping it at scale, probing it for vulnerabilities, or attempting to copy or reverse-engineer the assistant engine or its knowledge bases.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and code, including the Nova engine and demo material, belong to JCN Studio and are protected by copyright. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but not copy or republish them without permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCN Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site in breach of these terms, you agree to cover reasonable costs and claims that result from that misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement about your use of the site. We may update them; the "last updated" date above shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
