Why ranges instead of fixed packages?
Every business has different services, questions and documents, so every project is scoped to fit. The ranges give you a realistic budget before we've spoken; your exact price is confirmed in writing after a free consultation.
Are there monthly fees for Business Assistants?
Business Assistants have no per-answer cost, because there's no AI model to pay for. Hosting and ongoing changes are set out in your proposal, so you know exactly what's included before you commit.
What's included in the AI Assistant monthly plan?
AI model usage up to your plan's message limit, hosting, monitoring, and ongoing improvements to the documents it answers from. If you approach the limit we'll let you know and you choose whether to move up a plan.
Why is Private AI only quoted after a consultation?
It includes a dedicated computer sized to your team, so cost depends mostly on how many people use it and how capable the model needs to be. We won't guess at a number before we understand your needs — the quote includes the hardware.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes — free and no obligation. If another tier, or no assistant at all, is the better answer for your business, we'll say so.
