Tier 03 · Private AI · for your team
AI for your team.
Nothing leaks.
Your employees want AI to write, summarise and find things faster — but they work with client, patient or financial information you can't paste into a public tool. Private AI gives them that help on a dedicated computer in your own office, running an open-source model set up for your company — so confidential information never leaves the building.

What your team can do
The help of AI. None of the risk.
A private AI workspace your staff use like any AI assistant — except it runs on your infrastructure and only knows what you give it.

People only get answers from documents they're already allowed to open.
06
Logged, if you want
Every prompt and answer can be logged inside your environment for review and compliance.
What we set up
A dedicated AI computer, in your office.
01
A dedicated AI computer
We spec, source and install a machine sized to your team and the work they do. It sits in your office, on your network.
02
An open-source model, made yours
A proven open-source AI model, set up with your documents, terminology, templates and rules — so answers sound like your company.
03
Connected to your files
Typical sources we scope: shared drives, document libraries, wikis, ticketing systems and CRMs.
How it starts
Consultation first.
Private AI is scoped to your company, so it's quoted after we understand it — never from a price list.
- 01
Consultation
Free. Which teams want AI, what they'd use it for, and what information they handle.
- 02
Discovery
We map your documents, users and security requirements, and size the right machine and model.
- 03
Proposal
A written hardware spec, scope and quote — no package prices, because no two companies are alike.
- 04
Build and install
We source and set up the computer, install and personalise the model, connect your documents, and train your team.
- 05
Support
Ongoing maintenance, model updates and monitoring under a support agreement.
Questions
Fair questions.
Why not just let employees use ChatGPT or similar tools?
Because whatever staff paste into a public AI tool — client names, contracts, patient details, financials — leaves your company and is handled under someone else's terms. Many businesses ban those tools for exactly that reason, and staff use them anyway. Private AI gives your team the same kind of help, on infrastructure you control.
Who is Private AI for?
Companies whose employees want to use AI at work but handle information they can't disclose: law firms, medical and dental practices, accountants, financial and insurance offices, HR teams, and any business with confidential client data.
Is this the same as your website assistants?
No. Business Assistants and AI Assistants sit on your website and answer your customers. Private AI is an internal tool for your own staff, and it never faces the public.
How much does it cost?
Mostly on how many people use it and how capable the model needs to be — that decides the hardware. Small teams need a single powerful desktop; larger ones need a server. Every Private AI project starts with a free consultation and is quoted in writing, hardware included, after discovery.
Do we need our own servers?
No. We spec, source and install a dedicated AI computer sized for your team. It sits in your office, on your network, and we maintain it under a support plan.
Which AI model does it use?
An open-source model chosen to fit your hardware and the work your team does. We personalise it mainly by connecting it to your own documents and setting it up with your terminology, templates and rules. Training the model itself on your data is possible, but rarely needed to start.
Is it as capable as public AI tools?
Self-hosted models have become very capable at writing, summarising and answering questions over documents. We'll be upfront in discovery about what they do well and where they fall short for your use.
Your team wants AI.
Your data can’t leave.
Start with a free consultation about who'd use it, what for, and what information is involved. You'll get an honest view of what's possible before any quote.
