Privacy Policy

JCN Studio is operated by Jeremy J. Pena Rosa, a sole proprietor based in Newark, New Jersey, United States.This policy explains what information we collect through jcnstudio.com, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. "We" and "us" mean JCN Studio.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you request a consultation we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your business name, phone number, and the options you select if you choose to provide them.

Conversations with Nova.When you chat with Nova, JCN Studio's own assistant, the messages you type and Nova's replies are saved so we can follow up on questions and improve her answers. We may receive an email notification when a new conversation starts. Please don't share sensitive personal information (health, financial, or government ID details) with Nova.

Sample industry assistants. The demo assistants for example businesses (restaurant, dental, law firm and others) run entirely in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or to anyone else, and is not stored.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to see aggregate traffic such as page views, referrers, and approximate country. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, to prepare and provide the services you ask about, to keep business records, and to improve the site and Nova. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We don't share your information with third parties for their own purposes. We do rely on a few providers who process it on our behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and cookie-free analytics.
• Supabase — database where contact requests and Nova conversations are stored.
• Resend — delivers notification emails about new requests to us.
• Google (Gmail) — our business email inbox.

These providers may store data in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and Nova conversations for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for an active project, accounting, or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing jeremy@jcnstudio.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We never sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Depending on where you live (for example California, New Jersey, the EU, or the UK), you may have additional rights, including data portability and the right to complain to a data protection authority; we'll honour those requests too.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access to stored submissions is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form or Nova.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
